  Lack of customer service, food cooked to a low standard and the price is ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend will definitely avoid next time.

  Although the waitress got mine and my friends food muddled up (we swapped certain items) the food was lovely. It wasn't very busy yet the waitress seem to forget about us, we spent most of the time waiting around for her to acknowledge we were waiting. When we finally got the bill it had the total in small print then the amount with a service charge which is optional, I didn't want to pay the service charge as I wasn't happy with the service. She came along with the card machine and just automatically entered the amount with the service charge and passed it to me. I felt pressured to pay it, I didn't want to pay it, you should ask a customer first rather than just assuming they want to pay it. Not happy.

  Friendly service. Good selection of interesting dishes. Family-friendly set up with kids menu etc.
  
  Great place to eat outside in summer, weather permitting.
  
  If you are inside downstairs, and the weather is cold, ask to sit away from the front desk/door area as it gets very draughty every time the door is opened.

  Enchilada was bland. American rib was exactly that - A SINGLE RIB??? I've never seen a single rib on a plate (without other cleaned up bones around it). And the price for it 16.95??? Steaks are cheaper than this if you consider the amount of meat you get. The taste of the mean was OK, brilliant with the BBQ sauce but you'd need at least 3 portions to walk away not hungry.
